The location is advantageous, with easy access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, just a short walk away, making it convenient for attending conferences. The DFO shopping Centre and Crown Casino are equally close, providing leisure options after a productive day. The apartment featured essential business amenities, including reliable free Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace, which I appreciated as a wildlife conservationist needing to stay connected. The fitness centre and indoor swimming pool provided an excellent way to unwind after meetings. While the initial cleanliness was an issue—our apartment was still being cleaned upon check-in—the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags while waiting. The easy access to the tram system made navigating the city seamless and convenient. In a bustling area surrounded by cafes and dining options, the retreat offers a good balance of work and leisure, ensuring a fulfilling experience for any business traveler seeking to mix productivity with exploration. I recommend the Waterfront for anyone seeking to balance work and comfort while in Melbourne.
